Who these terms cover.
These draft terms describe the proposed personal-use licence for Holo Intelligence UI, supplied by Holo Intelligence. The legal operator and contact details must be confirmed before purchases open. These terms do not create a paid order from browsing this preview.
Before buying, read the final terms presented at checkout, the privacy policy and the requirements on the download page. If you cannot enter into a binding purchase agreement, ask a parent or guardian to handle the purchase.
Your licence and trial.
A purchase gives you a non-exclusive, personal-use licence for up to 3 PCs. One person’s key is not a licence to resell copies, publish the key or share it publicly. The software and its branding remain the property of their owners; third-party components keep their own licences.
The free trial lasts 14 days per PC. Reinstalling does not restart a trial when the licence service is active. After it ends, a valid key is required to continue using the full UI. The trial does not automatically charge you.
Release builds with licensing enabled check a key online at launch and periodically each day. A signed answer works for up to 7 days offline. An internet connection is then needed to check again. To move a key, remove it from the old PC before activating another PC if your places are full.
Buying and updates.
The proposed price is $40 $30 Launch sale · 25% off, paid once in USD. The amount, applicable taxes and any discount shown at checkout are what you authorise. There is no UI subscription.
Checkout is planned through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which handles payment, taxes and receipts under its buyer terms. Your licence key is delivered by email after a completed purchase. Keep the order receipt.
Your key includes 1 year of updates. After that, the version you have remains licensed, subject to licence verification and the continued availability of any third-party services it uses. This does not promise that future versions are free forever. Automatic app updates are not currently provided; install newer versions yourself.
Refunds.
The proposed launch policy is a full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Send the request using the published support contact, including your order email and order identifier. Do not send card details. This voluntary refund window must be confirmed before checkout opens.
Refunds are processed through the merchant of record and returned through the original payment method where possible. A refunded or reversed purchase may have its key revoked. No fixed refund-processing time is promised here.
Your mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content and any applicable cancellation rights, remain available even if they go beyond this policy. Any legally required consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement about cancellation rights must be handled at checkout.
AI providers and costs.
The UI can use free local models or your own accounts with supported cloud AI providers. Local model downloads need storage and may require additional software. Cloud model and premium-voice charges are separate from the UI purchase and are payable to the provider you choose.
You are responsible for keeping your provider keys secure and following their account, age and usage rules. App usage estimates and daily limits are aids, not a guarantee of a provider’s final bill. Check spending controls with that provider.
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important answers and review code or instructions before using them. The assistant is not professional medical, legal or financial advice.
Plugins and connected services.
Plugins, models and connectors may be supplied by third parties with separate terms. Inspect their permissions and only install content you trust. Availability can change when a provider changes its service or API.
Holo Link, cloud accounts and the community gallery are Soon. They are not available services or guaranteed launch dates. Do not buy solely for a future feature.
Agent actions and acceptable use.
Review actions before authorising them. Claude Code approval prompts can appear on the UI; Codex and Hermes session visibility does not mean their approvals are handled there. You remain responsible for the instructions, permissions and actions you allow, subject to any rights you have by law.
Keep backups before changing important files. Obtain permission before recording, transcribing or sharing a meeting and before connecting another person’s account or device. Use the app lawfully. Do not use it to access systems without permission, infringe rights, distribute malicious software or misuse other people’s personal information.
We may suspend a key for fraud, payment reversal or a material misuse of the licence. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and allow it to be resolved. This does not remove any refund or other remedy you are entitled to by law.
Availability and warranty.
The UI is supplied as available. To the extent permitted by law, no additional promise is made that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every PC, plugin or external service. Features that rely on the internet or another provider depend on that service remaining available.
Nothing in these terms excludes a mandatory warranty or your right to receive digital content that is as described, of satisfactory quality or fit for a purpose where those rights apply. The trial lets you check your PC before buying; it does not waive those rights.
Responsibility and limits.
To the extent the applicable law allows, Holo Intelligence’s aggregate liability arising from the app or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the licence, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
This limit does not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It does not override mandatory consumer remedies. Where local law disallows a limitation, that law applies.
Applicable law and changes.
The operator’s proposed governing jurisdiction is to be confirmed before public launch. Choosing a governing law does not remove mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence or any right to bring a claim in a court available to you by law.
We will date changes to these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required and will not retrospectively take away rights from an existing purchase. The purchase terms you accepted and mandatory law govern that purchase.
