02 // System requirements
Runs on the PC you have.
Any Windows 10 or 11 PC, 64-bit. A graphics card makes it richer and the free AI faster; without one, a cloud key does the thinking.
An internet connection
For the licence check when it starts (an answer stays good for 7 days offline), for cloud AI, and for weather, music and other services.
A brain for your assistant
Free on your PC: setup installs Ollama and the model that suits your graphics card. Or your own key for Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini or OpenRouter. Or both.
Microphone and speakers
To talk to it. Everything works by typing too: press Enter on any screen.
A webcam
So it notices when you come and go. Off unless you turn it on.
Room on your drive
Ollama is about 1.7 GB, and the free model 1.4 to 9 GB, depending on your graphics card.

For the fastest local AI
An NVIDIA graphics card with 6 GB or more runs the free AI and voice fastest. Without one, connect a cloud key (Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini or OpenRouter) and the big models answer on any PC. You pay the AI company only for what you use, and a daily limit switches to the free model when you reach it.
03 // Installing
Three steps. Then it wakes up.
No administrator password and nothing else to install first. The setup wizard takes it from there.

One file, the same for the trial and the full version. Your key unlocks it later.

Run it
It installs just for you. If Windows SmartScreen asks, choose More info, then Run anyway.

The setup opens
A short wizard opens by itself: a name, a personality, a look, a voice and a brain. Then the home screen.

- UpdatingRun a newer installerIt replaces the program and keeps your settings. Updates aren’t automatic yet.

Check the file
Every release lists its installer’s SHA-256 fingerprint here. If the fingerprint of the file you downloaded matches, it’s the file we published, byte for byte.
Why SmartScreen may ask
The installer isn’t code-signed yet, so Windows doesn’t recognise it and may ask before it runs. Choose More info, then Run anyway.

06 // Buying questions
Before you buy.
Straight answers about keys, refunds and updates.
Q.01Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying. The details are in the refund terms. A refunded key stops working. The free trial is there so you can be sure first.
Q.02How do the 3 PCs work?
Paste the same key on each PC. The first 3 to use it get a place each. A fourth PC is told the key is already in use and on which PCs, so you can free one up.
Q.03Can I move my key to a new PC?
Yes. On the old PC, open the studio’s Account tab and choose Remove the key from this PC. Its place is freed straight away, so paste the key on the new one. If the old PC is gone for good, email support with your order details.
Q.04What does “a year of updates” mean?
Every new version released in the year after you buy is included. Updates aren’t automatic yet: download the new installer and run it, and it replaces the program while keeping your settings. The Account tab shows the date your updates run until.
Q.05Do I pay for the AI as well?
Not to us. Use the free model on your PC, or connect your own Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini or OpenRouter account and pay them directly for what you use, usually cents a day with a small model. A daily limit switches to the free model when you reach it.
Q.06Do I need an account?
No. The trial starts by itself, and your key is all you need after that. Accounts, for an account page that lists your licences and PCs, and for Holo Link and the community gallery, are on the way. Soon
Q.07Who handles the payment?
Lemon Squeezy runs the checkout and works out any sales tax or VAT for your country. The price is in US dollars. Your key is emailed to the address you give at checkout.
Q.08Is there a Mac version?
Not yet. Holo Intelligence UI is for Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit. Phones and tablets can join as extra screens through their browser, with nothing to install on them.
